If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines to ensure that you get the products you require and the satisfaction you deserve.

Note: all order discrepancies must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery.

Shortages

All shortages will be reshipped within 48 hours and a corrected invoice will be issued.

Returns

Returns are acceptable for credit only if the product is returned in its original, sealed packaging and is in a resalable condition.

Please contact the Customer Service Center for a Return Authorization Number. You will need your order information to quickly process your request.

All customer returns must be shipped back to LC Industries within 30 days.

Restocking Fees & Conditions

All returns that are not the result of an LC Industries error (i.e. ordering in error) must be sent back with charges prepaid, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

In the result of an improper address being given to LC Industries, we will gladly assist in getting your customer their order, however, the freight fee from the incorrect address to the correct one will be added to your invoice.

Incorrect Item

Product shipped in error of LC Industries will be replaced at no charge utilizing the carrier of choice by LC Industries. LC Industries will reship the correct product with customer authorization.

Damages

Product damaged in transit will be returned, freight collect, to LC Industries for a claim against the carrier. You will receive a replacement for the original item as soon as LC Industries is notified.

Please keep in mind that a signed receipt from the transportation company for a shipment in good condition constitutes delivery.

LC Industries is happy to provide assistance filing a claim with an outbound carrier. Please contact the Customer Service Center for details.

Please confirm the damages on the Bill of Lading and refuse damaged goods. This will ensure the shipment is returned promptly and that credits or reshipments will be provided in a timely manner.
